When do I need to pay my balance? |

13 weeks prior to departure on package holidays. Payment is required in full for scheduled airline tickets or holidays travelling within 13 weeks. You can make part or balance payments online using the Manage my Booking area |

What are the child ages on scheduled flights? |

Child fares apply from 2-11 years inclusive on scheduled flights. Children under 2 are classed as infants. Infant tickets on long-haul flights are subject to a charge of 10% of the published fare and do not pay tax. Domestic flights incur a small fee however this is dependant on the route and airline. |

Certain tour operators/airlines make additional charges for accommodation under occupancy, flight supplements, security charges, ticket on departure charge, resort transfers, Excess baggage, In-flight meals, Pre-bookable seats, Taxes, SAFI (Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance), Room upgrades and Credit Card Charges. |
